A personal project, Bubu is based on my dutch rabbit pet with the same name.
The name comes from bobok (sleeping) in indonesian, because that’s all he does all day.
Bubu is also the short for abu-abu, which means grey, just like his color.
Character exploration. I needed Bubu to show the full body for most of the time, so i decided to make his head a bit bigger than his body so that the expression & gesture would be clear in small sticker size.
